I’ve had a couple of weeks eating whatever I want, not going to the gym etc. Ive been stressed and broke so I couldn’t go to the gym anyway. I ordered an armband for my phone so now I can run outside. Tomorrow I start. I’m not going to try and lose weight. I WILL lose weight.
I won’t ever have the figure I want, my body just isn’t shaped that way..I wont ever be the dainty skinny girl, but at least I will be the slender toned girl.
That is better than ‘the chubby, slightly overweight wobbly blob’ I currently am. Just need a bit of motivation before I run.
