Gym update
I’m definitely joining tomorrow if i can borrow some money from my rents. Treadmill - 233 Cross trainer - 205 Bike - 130 plus an hour of pole dancing. Net consumption after exercise - 284 Good day :)

And so it begins.....
…again :P This time I really am going to do, I’m signing up to my gym tomorrow and will do my hour of exercise everyday. Today went well, I did better than I expected. Calories burned:  Treadmill - 225.5 X trainer - 222.8 Bike - 125 each for 20 minutes.  and I’ve only had 668 cals to eat so far today :)

I need some help...
My schedule is so hectic at the moment, what with exams, revision, My job and the horses I have no time at all to go to the gym. And I have found myself snacking and binging as I don’t have time for proper meals. Anyone got any advice on how to avoid snacking and distracting myself from food!?

I’ve had a couple of weeks eating whatever I want, not going to the gym etc. Ive been stressed and broke so I couldn’t go to the gym anyway. I ordered an armband for my phone so now I can run outside. Tomorrow I start. I’m not going to try and lose weight. I WILL lose weight. well I have been totally useless for the past week or so.  I haven’t gymed, and i haven’t restricted that much  :’( I suck. So much coursework though, it is unreal, I do not have time to finish it!! On the plus side I’ve started horse riding again and after next week I should have time to go to the gym again.
