I'm 19
From England

Art and Photography fill my time.

I used to restrict and purge a lot but that made me feel an awful lot worse and caused far too many problems, so here I am trying it a new way, with regular exercise and healthy regular eating.
I want a body I can be confident in.
I'm sick of hiding!

Okay, seriously. More gym. More exercise. More walking. More sweating. More crunches. More muscle soreness. More water. More motivation. More weight-loss. More self-esteem. More confidence. Less junk. Less snacking. Less bingeing. Less computer. Less laziness. Less sugar. Less fat. Less processed food. Less stomach. Less whining. Less quitting. Less complaining. Less weight.

For the school dances that you looked terrible at. For the boy who didn’t think you were good enough. For the summers you spent in sweatshirts, hiding. For the dressing room mirrors that witnessed your meltdowns. For every compliment you couldn’t take seriously. For those who expect you to fail. But most importantly, for you; to feel happy, confident, and healthy.
